I personally feel like no action should be taken at this time. I don't believe there is any ban evasion taking place, and I haven't found anything worthy of punishing for in the first place. Yes the name is similar to yours, but you can still easily distinguish who is who, and reporting is rather easy still.

While it may be nothing, I have discovered something on my end that I am going to investigate further. In the meantime, if another admin feels the need to step in and take action, then they can do just that.
