Describe the incident At the end of a round in Zavod, the user used the term "Macaco" against a group of brazilian players on the opposing team. I reported him on the chat and then he mentioned something about "being superior". I think it's pretty clear cut? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Macaca_(term)

I never said that, and I'm not about to argue semantics either. We have never punished for the use of the term macaco. In fact if we did such a thing, we'd have to start punishing anyone for using the word "black" even if it's not used in an offensive way. Sure would be a fantastic way to kill off our server population and tarnish our reputation.

I read the chat logs, and didn't feel the need to take action on something so petty and minor. Since you want to act this way, I'll be on the lookout for any filter evasion from you and will be ready to take swift action.
