This guy is spamming chat a whole bunch, and while I generally don't feel any which way about what is being said, I do think his behavior is pretty toxic. Is there anything that can be done about this? This is not his first time doing this.

He isn't doing anything against the rules from what I can tell. Chatlogs appear as if he is arguing with other retards about worthless topics, but none of the topics seem to be against the rules. Pressing H will hide the chat if it annoys you whenever new messages pop up. Let us know if you have any questions!
