Describe the incident Player killed me twice while I spawned in uncap but only caught it on video once. This occurred around 8:00pm Central Standard Time. Messaged player about it they said that as long as one person shot out they can shoot whoever they want. Currently at the time only mortars were shooting out. I feel this player may need a more clarification of the rules on shooting into uncap.
