When I had you guys go through it in the rules thread, the consensus was that as long as someone isn't shooting out of the their own uncap, attacking the uncap wasn't allowed.
I'm well aware. The ticket counts are also drastically different between the two clips.
As for our uncap rule, you are protected by the rule as long as you don't leave it, shoot from uncap or use equipment, or have at least one flag neutralized/captured. If the enemy has all the captured flags, they are allowed to freely attack your uncap and vice versa. If you return to your uncap after leaving at any given point or have shot at any point, you are also fair game to be attacked while in your uncap.
