Both were attacking uncap unprovoked. Both cases happened on the same match. See videos below.
Punish point has been issued to Arikyl23.
No action will be taken against Razz. You spawned on a vehicle that was returning back to uncap. Because that vehicle had returned to the uncap after being in battle, any and all players who spawn on it lose uncap protection.
