Describe the incident stealing vehicle while repairing, so i spawned legit in the vehicle in the uncap even waited until it wasn't blue but obviously this dude made the mistake to drive it back were everyone can spawn in so at first i was not about to report even if he's in the wrong here but he began to be arrogant (i even helped him repair his vehicle) and i think he need to be checked here
