Describe the incident so this is a weird one, the other team has no commander but somehow at 1:37 a bomber spawn and shots me right away and kills me, so what going on here ?

That map has the bomber enabled by default once flag D has been captured. Enemies are able to steal the spawn if they're holding E to enter the vehicle.
