I punished them for toxicity/racism. Next incident will be a temp ban.

While these chat logs do line up with what we have on record, I have one request for you. Please do not be copy/pasting the chat logs as that can VERY easily be manipulated and falsify the evidence. When submitting evidence like this, anyone who has a vendetta against someone can alter the text to make it appear worse and frame them in a report. Just screenshot the chat logs and submit that as it can't be easily altered.

You can use a built in feature with Windows called Snipping Tool to capture any screenshots. Just pull the chat logs from our stats page and screenshot what you need.
