Describe the incident HushWRX and Rickology was killing people in spawn with an all cap, we couldn't even leave spawn without being killed. The server was on the verge of being wiped out.

Attacking uncap is allowed when all flags are captured by the enemy team. There was one instance where HushWRX violated that when you guys had 1 flag. One punish point has been given to HushWRX. Let us know if you need any clarification on the rules.
