Describe the incident C4 Hovercraft Glitch - Lost Islands

Fredman20 was within the UNCAP of US Team stuck underwater in a Hovercraft with a C4 planted on the craft. I got screenshot and a Clip from a LIVE-Stream that I was doing. Even if he didn't launch the Hovercraft, he appeared as if he was, If you watch the clip, you can see on the map that is a Hovercraft with a C4
