It looks to me like this is a player who uses the minimap and floating doritos to his/her advantage.
Most of the kills / prefires, the enemy was spotted, if they weren't it was a common spot or based on the map control, there was bound to be a person there.
More evidence would most likely be needed, thanks for your time though!
