Describe the incident Player Soldadovalido non stops snipes from his uncap and has killed me while i was in my uncap sitting in a heli. All he does every round is sit there and snipe into uncap. I threw smoke at him to try to get him out and he ends up team killing me. I know sniping out of uncap is allowed but he fires into the opposing uncap all the time.

No action will be taken based on the first clip. Any time you fire or use any equipment while in uncap, you automatically declare yourself as fair game to be shot at.

Do you have a longer version of the second clip for context?
 
I will punish based on the teamkill for the first clip. Still awaiting a longer clip for the second video.
 
No sorry i already deleted the full clip but for context it was just me spawning into heli, and switching seats. If you pay attention to first clip you can hear the sounds of the bullets impacting as I believe he thought I was in the pilot seat. But if it isnt enough evidence no problem. Im always on when he is so if i witness him firing out of uncap again ill record and spec him cause he does this constantly.

I failed to fully comprehend the first time what was happening in the first clip which shows the teamkill. As previously mentioned however, I will punish based on that after reviewing the evidence a second time.

As for the second clip you provided, I will not be acting on it as I do not know what you were doing in the moment leading up to the supposed uncap kill. I can always assume you didn't fire at all while in uncap, but my assumption could also be wrong. This is why we need a clip showing you spawning in from the deployment screen to the point where you get killed in the uncap for those type of reports.
 
No problem, that makes sense and i appreciate the fairness you are giving to both parties. As stated he does this frequently so if i get killed in uncap by him or witness him firing into uncap ill have full video leading up before and after the moment if i get evidence of it again.
