You were no longer in uncap so Qantum89 was within our rules.
Showing edited footage without the spawn in for uncap incidents is not sufficient, therefore Qantum is not going to be punished. Show from before you spawn in to when the incident occurs without cuts.
SkinnyHotDoge did not break any rules, he's allowed to be in / near your uncap, he just cannot engage you until you shoot or the enemy team all caps you. If he engaged you after you shot a tv at him, he would still be within our rules.
For future complaints please limit the individuals you are reporting to one per complaint unless the incident involves more than one.
