Ran up to me and tk'd me. I was then revived and tk'D again by the same player. Proceeded to deny it and went on a rant being toxic.

If you look at the top right, it was actually an enemy that killed you the second time (OverlordSnpr), he did not kill you post-revival. The first kill didn't look entirely intentional either. If this continues from him, we will be sure to enforce the rules.
