We do not punish for incidents that occur on other servers unless they are cheating.
We also do not police chat to this extent.
I do have some good news for you though, there is a gamewide feature that could assist you in this type of situation. If you navigate to the middle of your keyboard, you will find the H key. This key is the quickest way to handle not very friendly enemies in the chat. Chat can be a dangerous place, stay vigilant, just press "H".
