Dog Tags

Question about the "Dog Tags" in BF4. On the Tags that you need to accomplish tasks for, I have already done Five times over but yet the "Dog Tag" does not unlock. I'll give you a picture here on what I mean.  The First picture under Premium Member I'm unable to unlock the last Five, and it dose not give me a "Task" to unlock it.  The Second Picture under Promotions and Medals, I have completed the requirements for a little over 2/3 for those "Dog Tags" but yet there still grayed out and not unlocked. I contacted EA, (In far East Asia) and they have no idea what I'm talking about. This is because there located in Asia and I very rarely get someone in the "States". Could someone please explain this to me??

each one does have an assignment you have to go to the assignment tag and see what is left to do for the dog tag that you wish to have. if it is completed and you do not have it still, then their is a problem but check the assignments first

I have many, many of times. That's why I called EA, and they could not tell me why it was not unlocked. Like I said above. I have completed 2/3 of all assignments for the tags, and nothing comes up. My big question here is this. On the second picture, you see that the last 5 Dog Tags are for Premium members of which I'm one. So why are they not unlocked to me since they don't show any requirements at all except being a Premium member...

OK, I finally figured out how to get those 5 Premium Dog Tags.  In case someone wants to know, there located on the Maps of "Final Stand". You need to be on a server with at least Four people, and these "Dog Tags" are located near the flags. You need to find a small box, and then knife it to open and then you can pick them up. I hope this information can help others out...
