The only part that seems a little weird for me would be the time where he looks back at that middle Chinese building and shoots that guy. I replayed that one part over and over again and not once could I see the guy he was shooting at.
Other than that, the rest of his game-play seems legit to me.

I actually googled it after asking, but I don't yet understand how you can find someone's GUID. Not really relevant to this post, so I'll save it for another time.

EA GUID: enter admin.serverInfo while that person is playing on your server. Or – inspect the AdminLog.
For RCON, you just get the players name, EA GUID, and the PB GUID by clicking on their name in the console. Then you can choose to ban via one of those three, along with a specific set of time.
