Friend "Kicked by admin" before loading finishes

I've been exclusively playing on Banzore servers for awhile now and my buddy recently picked up BF4 but he gets kicked by admin before the loading screen finishes every time only on Banzore servers, however this happens on all banzore servers. Any advice on what might be happening? I don't believe he's using a VPN and hes never played BF4 before. His EA name is "DankStoner420666".

hi ; the same happens to me when i join bz1 and bz2...can you let me know how to resolve this problem. all other servers i have no problem... many thx

Try joining the server using battlelog, it will give you a more detailed kick message.

Best guess is something is wrong with his anti cheat, or he bought an account that is linked to cheating.

I'll have him try battlelog join and see what we get. He didnt buy the account.
