As someone who sometimes gets griefed in the AA I'd say no. The map is going to tell freaking everyone where the AA is anyway so you telling people something they can easily see by clicking "M" would not be griefing.
But bugging the fuck out of me for shooting down aircraft instead of wasting my AA killing infantry while aircraft slaughter my team? Yeah, that would be griefing!

But the useless AA player would probably fall under being a more significant griefer towards their team.
Not really something we’d punish over unless it’s constant and extreme.
