Grilled Bread

Here's another thing to try when you grill/smoke next. Go get some baguettes (fresh is better, but frozen works too), cut them into halves or thirds and then slice them open. Butter each side and then sprinkle some Delallo roasted garlic and cheese on each side. Next, close the two halves and put the baguettes on the grill for a minute or so each side. The outside should have gill marks, but not be burnt. The inside will be soft, warm, and delicious. Whenever I cook out with friends, there's never any left.

Don't overdo the seasoning, of course. You may be able to find it in your local grocery store in this format. With that you get four different flavors. Two of them are tomato-based and I don't care for them, but you might.
