Noob Uncap in Shangai (He stay on base and shoot us)
Intencional TK in ZAVOD. Rivotril and I were with the enemy tank and the player in question intentionally blew us up to get the vehicle back. As soon as he blew us up he left the server, joined the enemy team to play with the tank.

Ricqrdo intentionally runs infront of my tank so I teamkill him and he has his friend tommy report me for "intentionally teamkilling" I asked tommy to get out repeatedly so my brother can spawn in and he said no. What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? In Locker, I was trying to destroy main corridor side walls and accidentally killed two teammates, then killed my friend because I was shooting and he walker through, at the end of the match I got banned.

What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? Beforehand sorry for any grammar mistakes, english is not my first language, this will be a quite large post and very honest from my part and with a bit of sarcasm due to the situation.
Im currently banned due to "toxicity" that could be true in some way, I would like to get an extensive review if possible so the admins could have a proper idea on the situation and not a fake one based on a fragment out of context with lies said by a DONOR and BZ member...

We reserve the right to remove a player from our servers, even if there are problems in Discord or on the forums. Since this careless, toxic, and drama focused behavior blends into our forums, Discord, and our BF4 servers, it was decided that Ricqrdo would no longer be allowed to play here. He caused way too much trouble within such a short amount of time that his arrogance cost him greatly.

But, In my defense, since no attorney has been given to me yet:
- My first ban was completly my fault eventhough until this day I dont know why I did it jajajaja
- In my second ban you were completly unfair since I killed a player that was griefing our team constantly and tried to kill us one more time when we stole the enemy helicopter in shangai, you sanctioned me saying that I cant take matters by my own hand, but in my last punishment, wich was given by you, I did not even hurt an ally, just shot to the ground and he killed me, but you against punished me saying that I incited the team kill... how are the rules being applied properly here ?
- My third ban for "toxicity" wich mean I used the word "cuck" too much... I indeed stoped using it, besides some rage against my team like all the players here I did not say anything crazy, and here in the forums I just replied fairly to the players that made drama about me like fake reportes, and when I indeed reported someone for toxicity it was dismissed, unfairly again.
Of course you have the whole right to ban players as u want, but you blatantly ignore what is toxicity or at least the players that suit you, from my perspective, you take a personal vendetta with me for a post where in addition to calling two people who falsely reported me hypocrites and responding to the attacks from some randoms who responded to the post on their own.
You also ban me for “drama”, when I reported two players for attacking uncap and you dismissed my report, another player made a post similar to my last one, but there was no sanction either....
In short you apply the rules as you want and you find it convenient, obviously I will not die for not playing in banzore, I'm here because people are fun and there is level, at least I never took anything personal, not like those who threw me shit ingame or in the forum and that you also conveniently ignored, but that I will not report because at the end of the day they were the bitter ones, I just laughed behind the screen.
