Is BZ-12 no DLC now?

I swear I've been playing all day and the map vote hasn't had a single DLC map. Was just wondering if this was a recent change at all.

Map availability is dependent on population. This is to help a server populate, if it were to play DLC all day, most would be kicked if they do not have DLC installed.
