If you just recently reinstalled the game, go to https://evenbalance.com/downloads.php and download both the PBSetup and PBSVC applications. Run both of those executables and it should resolve your issue assuming it's your copy of Punkbuster that is out-dated.
If you still have issues joining the server, connect to one of the BZ servers through Battlelog using https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4. Make sure your game is closed, EA App is open, and then connect through the provided URL. It will provide a detailed kick message at the bottom of your web browser.
