Never seen them, but you could probably build a more powerful mini-ITX system for less.  If you'd rather not, go with at least 8GB of RAM.

It doesn't seem too bad. Kinda like a steam box. The software is developed in-house though and is likely wonky as fuck.

You won't get a custom built at that price with the same stats tho. 8Gb of RAM is preferable however. Shouldn't cost much extra either.

Lack of keyboard or mouse deters me.

Not bad overall for ~$500.
