No ping in any server on BF4

I don't have any ping in any of the servers today, haven't changed any settings that I know of?
Anyone know but I can do I tried messing with some firewall settings but I'm not sure if I'm changing them correctly they didn't fix it anyway

If you are on a laptop at home then I would suggest to disconnect from your wifi and then connect to your router with a Cat5/Cat6 cable. Some wireless routers can be an issue with blocking ping because they're translating TCP/IP into UDP even though their bullshit companies might deny this.

Connect with a wire and see if that solves the issue. If it does the problem is your wifi. Disconnecting power from your wifi router and letting it cool off overnight is the laziest and best way to resolve this one. Overheating causes most router problems. Making sure your router is in a well ventilated place helps prevent this problem.

If it does not then the problem is the firewall on your computer or your router. A simple reset to default might cure this for you.

Far less likely is your ISP might be throttling traffic. This is entirely possible if you use Comcast.

I'm hard wired to my 5G router, looks like BF 4 is all open on the firewall, don't know if BF2042 is or if would cause problems.. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game I need to take a look at The T-Mobile app and see if something changed on my router. I even called T-Mobile to ask if any updates have been Done..

5G is a wireless protocol. Just me paying attention to the details here I am wondering if your wired NIC might be disabled and your Wifi or 5G is your default connection. If you know how to check the status on your device manager then I'd recommend doing so.

You may need to actively disable your wireless NIC to force it over to the wired NIC.

Here's where to look:

This is familiar to me because on this machine I had to physically remove the Wireless NIC from my motherboard to stop it enabling and hijacking my traffic with every goddamned Microsoft update. Yes, you see the 802.11 on there but it doesn't do diddly.

He could mean 5G as in 5 gig if he’s on a 5 gig att fiber plan. Not traditionally what 5G means but I’ve seen people refer to it that way before.
