No Ping Shown in Banzore Servers

Hello,

My IGN is Cuhmandment and I've had a problem with being kicked from your servers. I have tried just about everything in order to get my ping to show on Battlefield and nothing has worked. I came to the conclusion that nothing will work. I'm wondering if I could get whitelisted to the server if that is possible. Thanks for you help.
