I think I have found a work around on this .. Go into Windows Defender and right click on PnkBstrA and B ..
You go to properties, then advanced .. change your Edge Traversal to "Defer to application" Do this on A and B and hit apply ..

What have you been doing to your system to cause these errors in the first place? I have literally never had a single problem with Punkbuster over the nearly 15 years I have played Battlefield games with it. Multiple different hardware configurations, operating systems, and installs have all worked seamlessly with BFBC2, BF3, and BF4. If you can't get it to work after a fresh install of your OS and Battlefield then you're clearly doing something to cause this issue and probably are better off being banned anyway.
