Put a few slugs into the RAWR, they are pretty good at taking them out. If my understanding of the rules is correct then you could go in there and kill him inside their spawn anyway since RAWRing is a hostile action.

I understand when people camp base but with rawr it's just a grey area for me.

What I'm worried about is trying to find the rawr and busting a cap on some innocent enemy leaving the base. Lol

I've never seen someone be such a puss that not only are they driving the rawr from the spawn, they're keeping the rawr in spawn with them.
