Weapon unlocking.

Trying to see if we can band together a group to possibly assist those who haven't been able to complete weapon challenges to unlock all weapons and equipment. I for one have had trouble even finding servers that will host a map required to complete said challenges. Perhaps once a week we can change a more inactive server to host a community event that features these maps and playlists. With more people coming back to older battlefield titles, this could prove to be a beneficial way to both encourage more dedicated fan bases, as well as exposing the Banzore name to those who join.

The whole purpose of unlocking the weapon is meant to be a reward, and you gain experience as you try to unlock it. Circumventing that takes away from the challenges in the game. Kind of like giving everyone a first place ribbon.

I almost completely agree with you. The only takeaway i have with it being the purpose of why i brought it up. Players should unlock them on their own, but if there are no servers available for them to attempt on completing these challenges, hosting them can prove beneficial. Not directly helping them complete challenges, more so providing the sandbox needed for them to earn it themselves

there are multiple servers available for every unlock you could want.
Us bZ2 guys and gals go into a server occasionally to help unlock Dice LA camo for people who want it.
you are much better off doing what I did and making a community awareness post stating a time and server you will be joining to unlock stuff. There is no real benifit for bZ to open other servers for the sole purpose of some people jumping in once in a blue moon IMO

I earned all the weapons and gadgets myself when I made the switch from console to PC. I tracked down servers that had the modes and maps I needed to complete all the unlocks. If I can do it, anyone else can.

The only ones I can see having problems with are the Chainlink, Air Superiority, and Carrier Assault ones because I don't think anyone plays those modes. The rest of the assignments are easy enough just playing the game normally.

I'm quite surprised to see some of these results. Definitely not arguing that some servers from time to time might be available for the requirements needed, but lately I've been seeing them few and far between. Also have no idea where you are getting a stat padding thought from the idea of just hosting a game mode or playing on a different map. Wouldn't imagine changing a map to Sunken Dragon was in violation of EA term of service. In consideration, if BZ cannot accommodate for such, then that's fair.
