What's with all the players not showing their pings ?

I may have missed a prior thread on this . But, 15 players in BZ6 this afternoon, only 3 of us showing pings . I've noticed it the last couple of days . Is it a new ploy to get more players in BF4, ( ie: foreign players with higher than normal pings), or a bug/glitch . Thanks for your response .

It’s related to DDoS filtering, nothing to worry about. The issue should go away soon and the pings should return.
