Why do I always get kicked?

I have a China IP, so I have to use VPN to link the server, but every time I join, I will be kicked out by the administrator. I wonder if the server rules don't say that VPN is not allowed.
I just played Battlefield 4 for a short time, so please forgive me if I offended you.

The only way you'd be allowed to use a VPN while playing on the server is if you donate. Other than that, we don't normally allow the use of VPNs on the server.
