 I work for the state as a Psychiatric Technician. By Psychiatric they mean mentally unfit to stand trial. By Technician they mean do what you have to do as long as the paperwork covers your ass!! With a 6 month  turnover rate of nearly 85%, i work a lot of mandated overtime!!
