You need to turn off the Instant Replay then you will be able to access the settings. Once you are done, you turn on the Instant Replay again. Look at this video :

I use the same. There is an option to capture the last X minutes by pressing a set of keys. You need to turn on the overlay, Alt+Z to open the menu and take a look at the video capture options.

They punish and ban donators as well if they break the rules. I saw it. They do it to Bz members too. In doubt, just donate and break few rules and find out yourself.

It definitely marks the end of an era. We played weekly for several years on BZ11. It's a relic that has faded away.

What if you put a 30 kills limit on the attack helicopter for everyone, even VIPs? It might revive the server. Shanghai is one of the best maps in BF4. Give BZ11 a chance please
