Absolutely nothing, this is my work PC also ..... just updating and PDFs from clients for my cases... I do not download anything.

Well I guess not ...... kicked me again .. But I deserved it, I just accidentally TK'd Kosh launching a heli !

I think I have found a work around on this .. Go into Windows Defender and right click on PnkBstrA and B .. You go to properties, then advanced .. change your Edge Traversal to "Defer to application" Do this on A and B and hit apply .. I can only hope this helps .. Let me know if it helps ya !!
