My Charter service flucuates alot, usually between 12meg to 60meg download speeds, where as ATT / SBC is always reliable at 5meg to 5 1/2meg download speeds...

I waited three times last night on EA Live Chat, one queue (1 hour) of 2400 to reach 18 and get disconnected, second queue (1 hour) of 2400 to reach 1 and get disconnected, third queue (45 minutes) of 2063 to finally talk to someone... At the same time I spent over 1 1/2 hours waiting on Origin...
