So it seems it was my monitor trying to take over game audio here. I have it turned off and havnt lost audio in days. Success!

Also worth mentioning, if your PC has bluetooth ability ive had it nuissance connect to random BT devices and see it as a controller and give me weird fuckin issues. I disabled bluetooth as well because i dont really use it. Cant say it helped but i did it to try and eliminate things.

Update: im cautiously optimistic. I have an ASUS TUF gaming monitor and it has built in speakers that do show up as an audio device named "NVIDIA HIGH DEFINITION AUDIO". Ive disabled them in my sound settings and got a few hours in tonight with no loss of game audio yet. Ill report back...
