Is it a punishable offence on bZ servers? I swear I saw someone get banned for doing it once, but I'm just curious.

It's bad form. If you do it too much it's trolling and it's the trolling that gets you banned.

As long as you don't jetram friendlies (griefing) it is not gonna get you banned
What about repeatedly jetramming a very oppressive tank driver in order to keep them suppressed?

People with limited ability need to use jetram as a means to killing enemies. I must have been jetrammed a thousand times, or more. It is fucking cancer, but in the end they waste the best vehicle in the game for one single vehicle kill.
a good jet ram gets the blood flowing.
