the admins ARE Very good at judging those that Donate and do "accidental" Int. TK, especially after they were banned, then unbanned and warned of perma-ban if another "accidental" Int. TK, then they do that "accidental" Int. TK again and still not Banned...folks, remember to Donate to get your special treatment too...actions speak louder that words!

Hey Target,Accidental TK's are a part of the game. Especially in meat grinder maps like Locker or Metro. Nothing to worry about BUT if you do three in a round it's time to change your strategy or your kit and start doing something else so as to avoid any automatic moderation by the server.
My advice: Switch to medic and redeem yourself by helping the other guys on your team.

just my input, I am in vehicles a lot and part of that comes with accidental killing people running them over or shooting. I usually just say sorry right after and don't have any issues. If they do have an issue and report me admins can look at your average tks and time on the server and use their judgement. I've never really had issues though if I say sorry though, just part of the game on hardcore servers imho.

Video or it never happened.Funny, yesterday I was playing Sunken Dragon and someone was flying the enemy heli through the US uncap. I went to fire my rifle at him, fat fingered it and got the SRAW and shockingly made the shot and kill.
For me that was a total accident and would have NEVER happened if I tried it on purpose!
My point is that shit happens. Sometimes it's good shit but all the same...
My challenge is also the 320 in meat grinder maps. Plenty of unintentional TK's. Most players don't report when it was inadvertent. You will be insulted for it by in-game players which I don't mind. When somebody does file an intentional TK complaint claiming it was intentional the admins are great at assessing the situation. In my experience with the BZ servers if a TK is not obvious that it was intentional they tend to not take action. I too donate, not for special treatment, but out of respect for how well BZ servers are run and managed. Not many good and populated servers left so doing my part to keep them around for as long as possible. Other advice, learned from my mistakes is to be careful with claymores and landmines. They kill teammates just as easy as the enemy. I very rarely use those anymore.
