What If I want to report someone but forgot to video it? Could I draw, to best of my ability on the bottom corner of a tablet the scene? Then when you flip the pages its sorta like video? Would this be acceptable?

I agree we need to implement a new standard of evidence for selected frivolous complaints:
1. The incident must be filmed in at least a 35mm Technicolor format.
2. That film must be copied to VHS.
3. The VHS must then be screenshotted and printed on a dot matrix printer.
4. The resulting images must then be FAXed to the Banzore Headquarters at 1-800-555-1212
5. Admin rulings will be issued in one to five working years or never, whichever comes last.
