On maps that spawn attack helis at capturable flags, is it considered attacking uncap if a player gets in the heli at the flag, flies off without gunner and without firing a single missile, immediately returns straight to uncap to recruit a gunner, and gets attacked while sitting in uncap waiting for a gunner?

It would not be considered attacking uncap.
You’re returning from the battlefield to uncap.
People would be engaging you from the time you leave the heli pad to when you reach uncap.
