That would be difficult to enforce. The person using a soflam or UAV to target something isn't going to be the person recorded as making the kill.

Unless there's a server log that shows the lock? Is there? If so, that's welcome news.

It's difficult to enforce in regard to the person locking as we have no data unless they are killed and/or their name is seen on equipment.

The person who shoots the lock however, will get punished for it and that usually stirs up enough of a vendetta to find the soflam player. Regardless though, we don't allow it and that's why we tell people not to lock/attack uncap. Most are willing to comply.
