What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I typed the word "Nigeria" in chat and got muted from the chat. Was told on discord to come here to ask for appeal.

Why should we lift your ban? I won't say the word "nigeria" ever again.

Unfortunately we are not able to lift the mute as I believe the mute is through BFAT.

I believe it should only be a temp mute, maybe for 24 hours. It should say in chat when you rejoin or whenever you respawn.

If it doesn't give you a remaining time, you may be permanently muted, and I believe you'd have to appeal with BFAT.
