What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I enter on WHG server and I selected the medic class with the famas, I never tried to use that gun. Only few moments later I killed a guy and I was ban by Punkbuster

Why should we lift your ban? I never used hacks or something like that, If I used a banned gun I´m sorry but I am new and I am still learning things

Not sure why you’re appealing with Banzore if your issues are with WHG servers. However, I’m not seeing any punkbuster bans on your account, so you likely have a bad installation of the punkbuster anticheat software. Try reinstalling/updating punkbuster to see if this fixes your issue.

If possible, please try logging in through battlelog to get a more detailed kick message. If it says kicked by punkbuster, it is likely the bad installation scenario. If it says banned by punkbuster, then something else is going on.
