What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I was in Nansha strike conquest hardcore, In zone F I attacked a boat with javelin a banzore player told me not to do it, I replied by chat why? and he told me by uncap, to which I stopped using the javelin and went back to F and used the tow tower missiles just to see with the zoom if there were enemies on the adjacent islands, I never fired any missiles and I was banned

Why should we lift your ban? My mistake was not knowing the rules, I apologize and it will not happen again.

Kick reason (from Battlelog) Error Could not communicate with BF4. Please use the Task Manager to close it down.

An admin was in game and had witnessed you violating our rule for attacking uncap. After being shown the server rules in game and punished several times, you received a 1 day temporary ban for your actions.

Detailed in the link below explains our uncap rule. If your team does not have all captured flags, you can't fire into the uncap. The only time you can fire into the enemy uncap is when an enemy player is in the uncap and shoots back at you, therefore making them fair game.

Battlefield 4 Server Rules

These rules apply to all of our BF4 servers as of April 2020. There are significant changes from our rules in the past in that there are far fewer rules, and for the most part it's everything goes outside of what's listed here.

Our admins operate on a point system. When you are found violating a rule, you'll be given a punish point by an admin. The first point will be a warning. After that you'll have varying levels of punishment from a kill, kick, and eventual ban if you're a constant problem.
