What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I was playing and a person came out to spectate, then he started to insult me claiming that I was using some kind of hack but without specifying anything, then i was banned from the bz#13 server, I was entering as a spectator to that server which causes the server to throw the message that I am banned and the same user claimed: that he was going to leave and would return only when he was banned from all servers

Why should we lift your ban? Because I don't understand how they banned me without any evidence, at least if they are going to maintain the ban they should show an obvious reason.

Well, you won’t be able to play here until the ban from them is lifted. It’s completely out of our control.
