What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? The server banned me saying about HSK Auto Ban, then I found out that means I got banned for consecutive headshots, I won't deny that I took several headshots but it all happened on a different server, the server where I got the Kills was one of unlocks, where several players help each other to unlock something

Why should we lift your ban? It doesn't seem fair to me that I get banned for something I did on another server and the system thinks I'm a cheater for shooting someone who tried to help me, this is the first time this has happened to me. I would like to know if there is any solution for this

That is regarded as stat padding and can ruin your account. You'll need to undo the outrageous stats you achieved by getting nonheadshot kills with all of the weapons you traded kills with.
Until you reduce your HSK ratio to sub 40% for those weapons, our systems will reban you upon you joining.

Let us know once you have done so. We also expect that you will not engage in such activities in the future.
 
then all I have to do is get more kills with the same weapon that I used with the difference that I have to shoot in the body but not in the head, if so I will do it and I promise that this will not happen again
 
Hello, I'm back, I already exceeded the number of kills with the weapon I had problems with and I think that 1000 kills is enough since when I started I had 500 kills and the reason it took me a long time is that I was busy with other things and I recently returned (the weapon I had problems with is SCAR-H)
