What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I just got fiber internet through my provider in which they installed a router with a VPN inside of the settings. I called my provider and they told me that there is nothing they can do unless I wanted to buy a new router. My dad said that we were all set and that was the end of it. If you could please lift my ban that would be much appreciated.

Why should we lift your ban? You should lift my ban because I have little to no control over the situation.

Yes, I understand that I am not banned but I am unable to play on any of the Banzore servers. There is nothing that I can do to change the fact that I have no ping. That is what I am trying to tell you.
