What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? That day,I joined the server through the web-side battlelog,and I realized that my EA APP wasn't running.But the game still worked,after loading,the admin kicked me out and gave me the kick reason（As written below） I didn't cheat at all,and PB didn't ban me,too.So I was wondering if it was mistakenly ban.I am Chinese and I have to use VPN to join the game.I played your severs before and they are really great,so please,let me join again.

Why should we lift your ban? I think you guys banned me by mistake,that's all.

That's terrible,it's really hard to play US severs in China without VPN,I really like your severs and thanks for keeping BF4 popular.The Asian severs are really fucked up,no DLC maps and DDOS.I quited and choose to play Western severs.At first,the EU severs didn't let me in because of the VPN.You see,you guys didn't kick me four weeks ago,I felt very lucky at that time.I just realized that I shouldn't post my story.
Any way,I hope your servers will always be popular.Love from China.
