Have you cheated before? I have not cheated before nor kicked for any reason expect accidental tk on metro probably

What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I spawned in a tank and asked kb chaser to get out within the in game command however didn't listen because i didn't want him to be my passenger at the time, I wanted workhop to be my passenger. Kb was being aggressive and using foul language in the chat in muffins clip and workhop's clip who is also writing an appeal. Workhop spawned in a friendly tank after it was blown up when i was the driver and kb was still having an issue because he wasn't able to drive it From the standpoint we didn't grief several rounds and there isn't any evidence to prove it but muffins clip on zavod 311 for that specific . In also muffins clip he is holding enemy tank in spawn from returning to there side of the map still and after the ban was issued, I just think he was being a hypocrite within the same reason with the enemy tank and the friendly tank. I don't see why we should get a perma banned when Kb could've gotten out of the tank and wait for a respawn or could've been a passenger in muffins enemy tank. This situation was way to overblown over about who wanted to drive the tank.

Why should we lift your ban? I haven't had any issues with any people within the community and players who play on this server. I don't play to grief or ruin anybody's game. I have over 100+ hours in this server alone I'm sure you have seen in the server multiple times enjoying my time with the community. I don't see why i shouldn't be able to play on a server because somebody is more well known within the community and my grief i was yet to give out my side of the story until this appeal. However I do apologize and my intention isn't to make the server un fun but i just wanted to be passenger with my friend because we had a good game last round without any complaints.

First off, we do not allow drivers to choose their gunners. If we did, it would end up being more work for us as more people would then teamkill / grief if they didn't agree with the choice.
You also seem to have your logic backwards. We do not tolerate intentional teamgriefing / teamkilling.

You are allowed, as the driver, to ask the gunner to exit the vehicle but it is within the rules for them to decline such a request. You are then expected, as the driver, to play the game normally. If someone is not fulfilling an expected role in a vehicle and it appears to be intentional, report it to us here with video evidence. Taking matters into your own hands will not work out for you.
If someone declines your request to leave the vehicle on a fair spawn, you are not permitted to then go and waste the vehicle, that will also reward you with a punish point.

As for fluff, he has been a member of bZ for a while. Him playing it safe in spawn with an enemy vehicle is fine. He was still killing things and was actively denying the enemy team an important vehicle.
It also enabled him to capture this incident, wins all around. You two, were wasting a team vehicle.

Since your account is relatively clean, I am willing to offer you a one time compromise.

The first condition is that your permanent ban will be converted to a 7D temporary ban.
Once this 7D temporary ban has expired, you will be on thin ice. Any additional reported rule violations will land you with the reinstatement of a permanent ban.
